Tottenham Transformation for Capital City College

The practice has been appointed for the refurbishment of the Tottenham Centre of Capital City College, working with Peter Marsh Consulting, ION Consulting Engineers Ltd, HHACK Engineering, and Rider Levett Bucknall Fire Engineers. This exciting project will deliver over 5,200 sqm of refurbished workshops, classrooms, laboratories, and front-of-house spaces for learners and staff. The upgraded facilities will support a diverse range of skills and vocational T-Level courses, from construction to computer science.

The works include comprehensive internal refurbishments, with targeted layout improvements, new finishes throughout, upgraded MEP systems, delivering adaptable teaching bays, mac and gaming suites. These enhancements will significantly improve the learning environment, aligning the campus with the ambitious wider Capital City College strategy.

We are delighted to be working once again with Capital City College, following our earlier work on the multi-site masterplan in collaboration with Atkins, alongside the RIBA Stage 2 designs for Soho and Camden, which successfully secured Further Education Capital Transformation Fund (FECTF) support from the DfE in 2022.
