The clients purchased a previously undeveloped piece of land located in the leafy suburb of Sneyd Park that is characterised by well-mannered Victorian and Edwardian Houses. A character of the area is that every house was individual and built to the highest standard.
With this in mind, we have proposed a modest house, relative to the site, with generous ground floor internal living spaces that directly connect to the surrounding gardens.
