This tired Canonbury house was in need of a significant upgrade in terms of its accommodation, and quality of finish to be able to bring the house into the 21st Century. Planning permission was granted for a full basement including other external alterations. The build works took place during lockdown which offered additional challenges. The client's love of colour and mid-century Scandinavian furniture has produced a bespoke house for their needs.
