Solent University Southampton Masterplan 2023–25
We are supporting Solent University in the development of an updated campus masterplan, forming part of its 2035 Campus Vision. The work includes spatial capacity studies and scenario testing to inform strategic decision-making by the senior leadership team.
The masterplan sets out a framework for future development across the central Southampton estate, responding to changing academic priorities, estate optimisation goals, and wider regeneration opportunities.
The project also considers the implications of proposed devolution for the Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire region, positioning the campus as a key asset within a shifting civic and regional landscape.
