Miltiadou Cook Mitzman architects are pleased to be working with Hayling Island Sailing Club after years of family association with the Island and Club.

The practice has studios in London and Winchester, led by lifelong HISC member Rupert Cook in partnership with Socrates Miltiadou and their team.

Our services include architecture, interiors, masterplanning and strategic work. We cover from large to small; multi site masterplans to bespoke designed joinery, finishes and fittings.

Low-energy design is part of our DNA and our portfolio includes PassivHaus, EnerPHit and other sustainability standards.

Projects include developer and private residential, new build, refurbishment and conservation work. We also have an extensive specialist education track record, alongside healthcare experience for medical and dental practices. These commissions have been delivered across the UK, Éire, France, Switzerland, Italy and Cyprus.
