In a team led by Peter Marsh Consulatnt and collaborating with Atkins Architecture, we won the masterplan of all eleven Capital City College Group sites. The Centre for Business, Arts and Technology, Camden Road needed refurbishment work and our designs for phase one created maker-spaces, by the remodeling of part of the1960’s building to create a state-of-the-art teaching facility. Our masterplan looked at the long-term options for replacing tired single and two-storey buildings when they reach the end of functional life, creating a compact, flexible building that reconnects parts of the site and forms generous external spaces.
